Neurofeedback

Unlock Your Brain’s Potential

The brain is designed to adapt to changes in the body and environment. For a variety of reasons, genetic and environmental, the brain becomes dysregulated and isn’t able to function properly. Using a method where we can give the brain feedback, in the method that the brain understands, the brain can then begin to heal and regulate itself.

Practitioner

Brittany obtained her BA in Neuroscience from Colorado College in 2006. She started training under Jeff Sherman in 2007 and, soon after, attended the EEG Institute Training in Woodland Hills.

Brittany utilizes Neurofeedback in order to directly train the function of the brain. The Neurofeedback device observes the brain in action from moment to moment and shows that information back to the person. A reward is given to the brain for changing its own activity to more appropriate patterns. This is a gradual learning process but can assist with a wide variety of conditions.

Testimonials

Doing neurofeedback with Brittany Bishop transformed my life. In a way, it gave me my “true-self” back.

This program helped me to fulfill things that I always wanted to get to, but for some reason – hesitation, confusion, poor planning, self doubt – did not. Now I am finally able to do so with ease. Now I can plan well, and get  to action. I am not longer frustrated and angry at myself. The negative self-talk that I had before the neurofeedback has disappeared. I now fall asleep easily and wake up refreshed.  My relationships with my kids and my husband are significantly better. I am no longer compulsive and do not take things personally. I am lighter, up for a challenge, more confident, happier, more present, and less “in my head”. I am centered.
I am forever grateful for Brittany for helping me find my true-self.

Brittany is a professional, and she has an abundant amount of patience and insight. I felt comfortable with her from the start, and always sensed that she was genuinely caring.

I highly recommend neurofeedback with Brittany. Wishing you the best luck on your journey!

My daughter has ADHD which includes attention issues and also emotional issues. After our 1st session with Brittany we immediately saw mind-blowing improvements in her behavior and focus. She is still in the middle of her treatment plan but she is a much happier, balanced child and we, her family, are all so happy for her and enjoying a peace we haven’t had in a long, long time at home.

Im typically a skeptic but I knew I had to do something fast. A series of events over time left me suffering from indecision, depression, anxiety, inability to concentrate, etc. I was hurting and I couldn’t be the person I wanted to be. I really think anyone can benefit from neurofeedback, If you do not believe me, try it yourself. I understood the benefits of it right away. Ive waited two weeks to write this after receiving 26 treatments to verify the effects are lasting, and they are. I feel fully functioning and happy, and even better I feel very insightful. Things that would normally trigger me to feel terrible now are quickly filed into a logical understanding and I am able to feel good through it.

I could literally go on and write a book about the benefits I have experienced and will continue to. Even though my life is far from perfect, I know I can do whatever I want and understand that things can take time and the key to life is being adaptable. Brittney did an amazing job of talking me through the whole process, adjusting her approach based on my individual journey, and guiding me into what I feel is my best self. Without her insight, it may be possible that I would have given up on neurofeedback too soon. Give it a try, you get back ten times what you put in. Mostly sit back and enjoy, life is short and you deserve to be in your best state.
